We started this process back in August and I’m FINALLY getting around to sharing the details. Just opening blaming this delay on 2020. That’s what we’re doing right? Blaming everything on this dumpster fire year?
I had been wanting to give this room a facelift since we moved in but figuring out what I wanted to do was a challenge. I fell in love with these Pinterest images for inspiration.
I am in LOVE with the chunky, natural stone sinks buuuuuut those just are not in the budget right now. We decided to keep our current sink but still get the rich, moody feel from the paint color. We ended up selecting Glidden Essentials-DARK GREEN VELVET and we love it!

Luckily we found all of the bigger items and hardware at West Elm, so that made matching pieces up pretty easy. We have added several of their lights to our home to update the spaces a bit and have been happy with them. What I really fell in love with was the mirror. I love that it’s different from a typical oval or rectangle shape you find in a powder room.
I really want to create a fun and quirky gallery wall in this room as well. We started with three simple frames mixing photography and Minted prints. Looking forward to adding to this as time goes on. All of the frames are from Target.
The small vase, hand towel and soap were Homegoods finds. They always have a great selection of soups that I love adding to our bathrooms.
