Ingredients:
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts pounded
- 1 block cream cheese
- frozen spinach
- garlic salt, smoked paprika, chicken seasoning salt
Instructions:
- Mix together softened cream cheese, cooked/drained frozen spinach, and garlic salt per taste
- Slice chicken breast long ways and stuff with cream cheese filling
- Sprinkle with smoked paprika, seasoning salt, or any other seasonings per your liking and cook in instant pot on HIGH for 13 minutes (or could cook in oven as well!)
We ended up pairing with some potatoes and veggies and it was such a simple, easy, quick dinner!
