NANNER CAKES!
Both of our girls LOVE them. They’re so easy to make, freeze and warm up daily.
Some of our favorite variations are:
Banana, Egg and Oats
Banana Egg, Oats and Spinach
Banana, Egg, Oats, pumpkin, vanilla, and cinnamon
Spinach and egg omelet, yogurt and fruit
Quesadilla, black beans with either avocado or fruit puree
Spinach egg scramble, berries and yogurt
Meatloaf cups (recipe coming soon!) and lentils
Peanut butter, Yogurt, Strawberries & Bananas (Take on PB&J)
*Sometimes will also add cooked oats

Sweet Potato & spinach fritters
Banza rotini pasta, Raos sauce, ground turkey (Any pasta and sauce will work)

Also love easy pre-made/freezer options but you could easily make these yourself. Sodium isn’t terrible for the portion that they eat but we do try to limit some due to the sodium so typically will balance with fruits/whole grains/other veggies:
-Broccoli & Cauliflower patties (we buy these at Trader Joe’s but check out this copycat recipe here)
-Spinach Egg White Frittatas. These come from Costco and have onions, red bell peppers, mozzarella.
Vegan mac & cheese. Also from Trader Joes and is a favorite! We add sauted chopped spinach or kale for some added greens.
