Spicy & Smoky Deviled Eggs

I have always been a huge deviled egg fan. Every holiday with my family that we have them, they are gone within minutes. I knew I wanted to make some for Easter last month but didn’t feel like I wanted to do the traditional. I looked in my fridge/pantry and came up with this and they turned out delicious! We were smoking some brisket on the Traeger as well so these deviled eggs just felt right. These are now on the menu almost every time we smoke meat.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Hard boil eggs, {I have a Cuisinart egg cooker that I have had for yeeeears that makes the perfect hard boiled eggs. Have also seen recipes on making them in the instant pot, as well!} give an ice bath, and let cool.
  2. Slice length wise and remove yolk from each half.
  3. Come yolks with the rest of the ingredients except the bacon.
  4. Refill the halved egg whites
  5. Crumble each egg with some bacon and top with paprika!
